Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location close to the metro, bakery, shops and restaurants, very quiet with easy access to central Paris. Only criticism was hot water ran out quickly with 3 people using the shower and flat was quite cold on arrival, took a long time to heat up, (though temperatures were quite low). Would stay there again.

The terrace makes all the difference in this small space. It was private and safe even though on first floor. The induction hob did not work and it took a while for effective communication to address that. Nice location on quiet street between two traditional hotels. Equipment (except for hob) was very good. I would consider staying again if I had smaller bags.

Studio parfait pur une personne seule avec un emplacement idéal proche de la PLace d'Italie largement desservie par les transports en commun. Quartier très calme sans circulation routière. Arrivée et départ indépendants. A recommander.
