Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest metro station is Place d'Italie (lines 5, 6 and 7), a 4-minute walk from the apartment. Orly airport is about 20 minutes away by car. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay.

Ideally located a 4-minute from the metro, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the City of Light. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease. Welcome! Step into this charming and cozy studio, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The apartment features a double bed (160x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens and offering storage space underneath, as well as a TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, such as a microwave, kettle and espresso machine.
A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy!

It was certainly in a quiet and secure setting, but unfortunately there was a lack of follow-up

Dirty sofa with several stains.
I spent two months without a television. I rang the person who handled the check-in to complain, but unfortunately I didn’t hear anything back

Très bien. Bien situé et facile à trouver, tout est en ordre et fonctionnel. Lits confortables, literie et linges de bain prêts, calme a toute heure. Seul bémol: drap du canapé lit pas propre, raison pour laquelle je ne note pas 5/5.

Great location, a few minutes walking from the Metro station, situated in a quiet residential area. Ground floor apartment stayed cool even during hot summer days in Paris. Well-equipped and clean, would definitely recommend to others.
