It offers a fantastic location for visiting Paris, with several metro lines within a 5-minute walk (4, 9, 8 and 3).
It is located on a small, typical Parisian square.
On the second floor (no lift), overlooking a courtyard, it gives you the peace and quiet you need without the noise of traffic, just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Paris.
It's also just a 5-minute walk from the historic Montorgueil district, and a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens and the Marais district.

The historic Montorgueil district with its pedestrianised street, shops, restaurants and boutiques is a must for enjoying the capital and is just a 5-minute walk from the flat. The lively Grands Boulevards and Faubourg Saint-Denis districts, with their many bars, restaurants, theatres and cinemas, are less than 10 minutes' walk away. Paris's 2nd arrondissement is also the capital's most prestigious district, with its many luxury boutiques and monuments such as the Palais Royal. You're just a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens, the Opéra Garnier and Rue Saint Honoré with its designer boutiques. Ideal location, which is why I chose it for my daughter and me. However, the flat was less cosy than described. 14.5 degrees on arrival for an outside temperature of 0°.
Dust on living room table, bathroom.
Smell of cold cigarettes in the bathroom in connection with the surrounding accommodation.
