My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Croix-Paquet Metro - 4 mins away on foot.
There's also the Saint-Paul Tram Stop just 12 mins walk from the flat.
From both of these stations and tram stops, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Lyon! Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 32 mins drive from the flat.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.
Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

Relax in the bright living area, which features a double sofabed facing a large flat-screen TV.
If you fancy dining in, there's also a connected dining area complete with a dining table with chairs for six where you can eat with loved ones! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you'll need to whip up delicious foods, including a stove, an oven, and a toaster.
The bedroom on the mezzanine floor contains a double bed and a sofa at your disposal.
Upon your arrival, the bed will be made, and complimentary hotel-quality linens will also be provided.
The bathroom consists of all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
Plus, there's a washer for all your laundry needs! Enjoy your stay!

The lively 1st arrondissement centers around the majestic City Hall and 19th-century Bartholdi Fountain on Place des Terreaux. Superb flat located on the slopes of Croix-Rousse. In the middle of the most beautiful neighbourhood in Lyon. Nice layout of the flat. I stayed there for four weeks and immediately felt at home. The city centre is easy to reach on foot. The bus and metro are nearby.

The flexible arrival is very practical and the location of the accommodation top-notch.
However, the equipment is minimalist (tiny shower gel and shampoo) and sometimes broken (hairdryer).
Overall a good stay.

The location was excellent with many nice eateries nearby and lots to do. The kitchen was very well-equipped and it was very easy to cook and serve. The apartment was cosy and spacious. It is a duplex.
