My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Étienne Marcel (Line 4) - just 2 mins away on foot.
Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 50-mins drive from the flat.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

There’s also a piano available if you like to play a few tunes! The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". The headquarters of the famous CAC40 is known for hosting a large number of financial players. The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps away from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme, or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens. The Montorgueil district with its pedestrian street, its bars, restaurants, and shops is a must to enjoy the evenings in the capital! Looking for a green space to rest or take the sun, I recommend the square Louvois. Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés, or small grocery stores in the neighborhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience. The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne, or Galeries Lafayette.

The apartment was clean and exactly as expected. Great location in a great neighborhood. The area is lively and fun. If you are an early-to-bed person, the area may not be best for you on the weekends because the streets below do stay lively and noisy until late hours. We had a sound machine with us...
