You will be 5 minutes from the seafront, between the old town of Menton and the Italian border, right next to Pian Park.
The studio is modern with a sunny balcony (south-facing) offering a sea view.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage, a shower room with an Italian shower, and a spacious, bright living area.
Fully equipped, it offers the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay (internet connection, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine).
It can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed).
Traveling by car? A private parking space is available in the basement (Dimensions: 5.10m x 2.40m).
Traveling by train? Menton Garavan train station is a 5-minute walk away.

la personne qui nous a accueilli a été trés sympathique .L'emplacement du logement est parfait ,vue magnifique sur la mer et un parc . La gare à 5 minute permet de se déplacer tout au long de la cote avec un train chaque 1/2 heure . parking souterrain pour son véhicule .
