The mezzanine has a stork bed that allows 2 beds in 90 and a velux with store.
A nice terrace will allow you to take your meals outdoors, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the marina of Cap Coudalère.

This apartment is located in the boulevard Martinique residence and has an exceptional view of the port of Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees and the marine lake.
To park, you will have a private square on the parking lot located behind the residence.
As part of your rental, you will have: - an aquatic area with 2 ponds and a water play area for young and old.
The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is given to you upon arrival.
Watch out, floating shorts forbidden. - different sports fields: multisports field, basketball, tennis courts, petanque courts... - an outdoor fitness area for fitness or more physical work.
In a few minutes' walk you can reach Place de la Martinique.
