The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge (no oven).
Downstairs are two bedrooms (one large, one small) and another spacious bathroom.
The furnishings are traditionally Spanish: dark pine wood and light tiles.
Outdoors
The Mediterranean garden with oleander, bougainvillea, and palms offers many places to relax—enjoy sea views under the palms or shelter in the courtyard.
The covered terrace invites you to dine while overlooking the city lights.
Sun loungers, a large dining table, and a barbecue are provided.
The pool is located below the terrace and offers beautiful views of the sea and Montgó.

Egal wo man hinschaut, es sieht alles wunderschön aus, der Pool, der Garten, die Nachbarhäuser, die Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist schnell in Denia und Javea.

En general la casa nos ha encantado. El propietario es Alemán y la persona de contacto Mili nos atendió de primera. Quizá por ponerle un pero, hay algunos pequeños detalles mejorables como que tienen un congelador en PB útil para mantener temporalmente bebidas frías para zona de piscina, pero lejos de la cocina en Planta primera. La nevera de la cocina es pequeña y hay que tener especial cuidado con no poner alim...
