The downstairs area is designed with your comfort in mind. The living area boasts a double sofa bed, providing extra sleeping arrangements or a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining table where you can enjoy meals or gather for a social gathering.
Connected to the living and dining area is a compact kitchen, equipped with all the essential appliances you need. From a washing machine to a fridge freezer, oven, and hob, you'll find everything necessary to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy a quick snack.
Natural light floods the downstairs space, thanks to two large original foundry windows, enhancing the overall ambiance and creating a bright and airy feel.
Upstairs, you'll find a serene bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed. This cozy retreat is complemented by a convenient dressing table/desk, offering a versatile space to get ready for the day or catch up on work.
Completing the accommodation is an upstairs bathroom with an over-the-bath shower. You can indulge in a refreshing shower or enjoy a soothing soak after a long day.

Please do not eat on the sofas in the lounge area or in bedrooms. All food products/eating should be kept within the dining area and kitchen.
Please do not allow anyone to sit on the indoors furniture wearing wet towels or clothing.
Please do not wear outdoor footwear inside the property.
Breakages/damages: Please report immediately by email to ruthtophost@gmail.com so they can be rectified or replaced prior to the next visitors arriving.
If you do need to move furniture around, please return it to its original position at the end of your stay.
We have provided towels for your use. They can be found in the main bedroom & bathroom. Please do not take our bathroom towels out of the property.
Please do not touch or use any spare bed linen in the airing cupboard and cleaning boxes - let us know if you need any extras.
No Smoking or Vaping is permitted in the property.
No parties are permitted at the property.
