uitzicht en de sfeervol ingerichte woonkamer met een mooie vloer, verlichting en grote leef tafel.
De rivier stroomde door de regenval heel hard en met ramen open is het geluid soms wel erg hard, maar dat is logisch als je er ongeveer bovenop zit. Dat is ook weer het leuke aan het huis.
Fantastische ligging boven/aan het stromende water van de Ruhr.

Grote glaspartijen geven direct mooi uitzicht op de rivier, waarvan het geluid van het stromende water als ontspanningsmuziek aanwezig blijft. Mooie grote woonkamer met grote glaspartij en open haard in klassiek historisch ketelhuis.
Spinnenwebben bij de lampen en raam wc was stuk; keuken met krappe doorgang en gedateerd
