Bright 60 sqm sea view apartment located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs and steps to access), able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
The accommodation is located just 7 minutes by car from the beach of La Sciumara in an area full of services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, in the wonderful town of Palau.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and two balconies.

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 32" TV, dining table with chairs and sea view desk with chairs, wardrobes, split A/C, access to balcony I;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM I complete with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II (inside the room with three single beds) with sink and toilet;
- BALCONY I with access from the living room with fireplace for cooking;
- BALCONY II with access from the double bedroom with deckchairs and washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited WIFI, heating via split, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, blackout curtains.

This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.
N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
In case of not agreed use of extra linen, € 20 will be charged for each used linen kit.
