The Neuruppin Holiday Apartment is set in a former outbuilding on a spacious, fenced property in a quiet area of Neuruppin, Ruppiner Seenland.
This 55 m² house, spread over two levels, accommodates up to 5 guests. Please note: The ground floor has a ceiling height of about 2.00 m. The upper floor is a converted attic with typical sloped ceilings.
The staircase to the bedrooms is steep with narrow steps and a handrail.
The building has intentionally retained its original rustic charm—this is part of the special character of the accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and all essentials.
In the living area: TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bathtub.
Bed linen is included; towels and bath towels are not provided. Ideal for families: a baby cot, two high chairs, toys, board games, and children's books are available.
The property offers a playground and a large garden.
The private terrace is perfect for relaxing—a sun umbrella is provided.
Bicycles can be rented for an extra fee. A parking space in the courtyard is available.
Pets are welcome (max. 1 pet, fee payable on site). Smoking and events are not permitted. Location: Gutspark Neuruppin approx. 800 m, city centre approx. 3.5 km, public transport within walking distance. Safety features: smoke detector, TÜV-certified fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided.

Schönes Ferienhaus, genau wie beschrieben. Auf schönem Grundstück mit den sehr netten Vermietern. Direkt am See. Wir haben alles bekommen was wir brauchten. Und haben noch mehr angeboten bekommen. Unseren Mädels hat es auch sehr gefallen wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Küchenzeile war neu, mit Geschirrspüler. Bad war okay
Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern war steil, die Stufen sehr schmal.
Beim Runtergehen hat meine Freundin sich jedesmal den Kopf gestoßen.
Die Gastgeberin meinte: die Treppe am besten rückwärts runtergehen.
Die Terrasse war so knapp bemessen, dass man aufpassen musste, nicht mit dem Stuhl abzurutschen...

Das sogenannte Ferienhaus war ein ehemaliger Schuppen mit einer Deckenhöhe von 2.00 m, ich hatte also noch "5cm" Luft bis zur Decke. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss hinauf, ging nur in gebückter Haltung.
