When you return from the beach, you can enjoy the wonderful communal swimming pool that faces the sea and is perfect for cooling off or relaxing on one of the sun loungers.
The pool is chlorinated, measures 12 x 5 metres and has a depth of between 1.20 and 2.80 metres.
On the terrace of the flat you and your companions can enjoy the spectacular sea views while enjoying your favourite meals. The flat is located on the first floor of a building with lift, and offers a cosy style with all the necessary elements of comfort for your stay.
The living-dining room is equipped with AC and satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably.
There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
To rest you will find 2 bedrooms with AC, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed.
The bathroom of the flat has 1 shower.
If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
The property is prepared for all the months of the year. The flat is located in a perfect area to enjoy your holidays, with all the necessary services such as shops, bars and restaurants at hand, the bus stop just 600 metres away and a small cove just a few metres away.
There are other beaches nearby where you can continue to enjoy the sea such as Cala Moll or Cala s'Àguila.
The nearest golf course is 7 km away. The swimming pool is open all year round. Its opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00h and on Sundays from 9:00 to 20:00h. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.

Der Gedamteindruck ist gut. Das Appartment hat einen tollen Meerblick, ist sauber und verfügt über die Dinge, die für den Aufenthalt nützlich sind. Mit ein paar Wartungs-/ Renovierungsarbeiten könnte der Gesamtei druck noch verbessert/moderner werden. Insgesamt eine schöne Urlaubszeit in Cala Ratjada.
