This Great Manor House once formed the Central estate of the great Hawkes Farm that was mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1066.

This means no garden noise as sound travels.
If all windows are doors are closed, then normal sound levels inside the house are fine and will not disturb our neighbours.

This is not a party town and although your neighbours are only few and not very close by, this is a place of rest and relaxation.
