Set away from the bustle of the estate center, opposite the Île d’Or, this semi-detached villa with no overlooking neighbors enjoys a peaceful, privileged setting.

It is accessible on one level, with free parking nearby and the option to unload your vehicle directly in front of the terrace. The villa features a terrace with outdoor seating and a private garden with sea views. Access to the estate’s aquatic areas is included: In the Hameau district: - A pool with stunning sea views - Two additional pools with a slide and paddling pool (open July and August) In the Cap Esterel center: - A heated pool with sea view (open April to November) - A fun area with wave pool, jacuzzi, diving board, and large slide (open May to September) Please note: bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee.
