Li Conchi 13 is a family-friendly villa in a modern Sardinian residential complex.
It is located just behind the communal pool area and close to the underground garage, where your car is safely parked.
Perfect for children: the large pool has a separate area for little ones.
The beautiful Cala Sinzias beach is just a short distance away. If you are looking for a cozy, family-oriented accommodation with a spacious pool and want to enjoy a relaxing holiday with young children, Li Conchi 13 is your ideal holiday home in Sardinia. The charming granite houses of the complex combine Sardinian style with family comfort.
The living and sleeping areas are connected by a bright, airy veranda—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.
The house offers 3 bedrooms: two in the sleeping wing, and a third located separately in the basement below the living room.
Like all houses in the complex, Li Conchi 13 is only a few steps from the communal pool; Cala Sinzias beach is about 2 km away.
Here, adults and children can swim, build sandcastles, or take long walks.
The lively towns of Costa Rei and Villasimius are about a 15-minute drive away.
Nature lovers can explore the beauty of the Sarrabus mountains in the nearby "Monte dei Sette Fratelli" nature park. Please note that TV reception is limited to certain channels.
In some cases, reception may even be limited to certain languages.
