Our recently furbished, 1 double bedroom non-smoking 1st floor apartment is ideal for couple with maximum of 2 children (under 10).
It is equipped with modern facilities (smart TV, small kitchen with utensils, fridge/freezer, free Wi-Fi, private bath/toilet, carpark).
Within walking distance you have the place to see sunset, park, supermarket, laundry, fast food shops and bus stop to take you to the town, Shipley Railway station and Saltaire. The space Many of our guests stayed several times with us.
It is a first floor fully non-smoking apartment.
During your stay, your accommodation (1st floor apartment) is fully private with separate entrance.
There is no lift or wheelchair access to the apartment. We advise our guests to always use handrails when going up and down the stairs. Our accommodation is centrally heated and you have access to hot water always.
Additional electrical heaters and fans are provided.
You will be able to contact us any time.
During summer (March-September) you can enjoy our back garden for BBQ, relaxation (with pre-booking only). All the important places you would want to enjoy such as Media Museum, Cow and Calf, Yorkshire Dales, Bolton Abbey, Saltaire Mills, Lister Park, famous curry house (Mumtaz) are easily accessible from our house.
You will be able to enjoy beautiful sunset during summer from the hill top (2 minutes walk from the accommodation). We have laptop-friendly workspace and we provide very fast Wi-Fi (see reviewers comments), but we will not guarantee the same speed at all times. Guest access Guests can access the garden with pre-booking. Check in instruction will be communicated to you after booking. Other things to note Our kitchen is not suitable for heavy cooking. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
