Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Unit was accurately represented by listed photos, clean, and without major issues. We had trouble getting the heat going for the first night, but sorted the issue after realizing the radiators, boiler, and thermostat had all been shut off individually. Lots of options for groceries nearby and 10 minutes to the nearest tube stop. Overall quite solid for the low price.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht, so wie beschrieben. Die Lage war super für den Konzertbesuch im Hotspur Stadium.Wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte man Oropax mitnehmen. Die Straße vor der Tür ist deutlich zu hören.
