Liverpool Lime Street is just 6 minutes away and Central metro station is close by.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.
You can check in until 11PM from our standard check-in time (3PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Property extremely centrally located, and yet overnight we found it quiet and peaceful. The place was much larger than expected, which was great, as we had a group of 6 from age 4 to age 80.

Really enjoyed the stay, perfect central city location and surprisingly quiet in the evenings. Spacious area and clean throughout the building. Small WiFi connectivity issues but to be expected and it did not impact our stay.

Excellent value for money. Was a great space and central location.
I would say it wasn't really ideal for the keys to be picked up at an alternative location but was not the end of the world.
