Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. My apartment is within walking distance of public transport, such as the London Underground at South Kensington and nearby bus stops.
Services like UBER, Bolt and Addison Lee are also available for hire. - 12 minutes by foot to South Kensington (Circle/District and Piccadilly Line). - 27 minutes by foot to Kensington High Street - 45 minutes by car to London Heathrow (LHR), depending on the route and traffic conditions. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Set between elegant South Kensington and trendy Chelsea, my two-bedroom flat sits within a former Georgian-era pied-à-terre.
Covering 95m² and fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay, it’s perfectly placed for getting around—just a 15-minute walk to the South Kensington Underground, as well as the V&A and the Natural History Museum. Welcome to my home! Set within a former Georgian-era pied-à-terre, my flat is just a 26-minute walk from Kensington and Hyde Park, with the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum also a short stroll away.
Spanning 95m², the space is bright and airy, filled with natural light and thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts to ensure a relaxing stay while visiting London. Step inside and make yourself at home in the living area—sink into the plush sofa while catching up on your favourite shows on the TV, or gather around the dining table to enjoy a meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need, and you’re welcome to start your day with a coffee from the complimentary Nespresso machine. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds dressed in hotel-quality linens, along with heating and built-in wardrobes for storing your belongings.
The bathrooms include a bathtub for a relaxing soak as well as a shower for when you’re in a hurry.
Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. For your comfort, the flat is professionally cleaned before every stay. Enjoy your stay!

Fantastic location - close to transport, shops and restaurants. Great communication and easy pick up and drop off for keys. The flat itself was as pictured - it was clean but carpets were a bit stained and there were no basics in the kitchen if you plan to eat in. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Very nice flat located in a great area 10 mins away from the closest underground station. The building is easy to find and is safe and secure. The flat is big and comfortable. Although it did feel a little bit used with stains on the carpets and hairs in the bed. It was also quite noisy at night as it’s on the main road. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Host was fine , sent a plumber to fix a non working radiator. Large apartment, very good bathrooms and kitchen. The apt needs TLC; drapes in living room are torn, carpets are dirty, toilet brushes were disgusting
