Blackfriars underground (circle and district) and Blackfriars mainline rail station are within a 10-minute walk, and City Thameslink mainline rail station is less than 10 minutes away. Otherwise, several bus stops near the property can navigate you around London and the City.
Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Centrally located, this lovely one-bedroom apartment is ideal for friends or families looking to stay near the main attractions.
The property offers fantastic transportation links, with the Central, Circle and District underground lines and mainline rail into Blackfriars all within walking distance, so guests can easily travel around the city.

It has a comfortable sofa bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
There is also a work desk and a dining table for four if guests fancy dining. The kitchen is separate from the living area and comes equipped with all the cooking essentials, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a toaster. The well-lit bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite.
The bribe is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep comfortably. The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

A very pleasant 5-night stay; everything is within walking distance, and the underground is nearby
