This prime location ensures easy access to public transportation for commuting or exploring the city. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe for your clothing and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Located just 10 minutes from Anfield and the city centre. Everything was neat and tidy. Very easy to get to, and they were very helpful when we arrived with my father, who was in a wheelchair. The only downside I’d mention is that the bed and the sofa bed were a bit worn from use.

Very good : Good distance to the centre, was only a 10 minute walk and a very modern and clean apartment We were told there was a washer and dryer, but it was out of service and was never told prior to the stay. I washed clothes and could not dry them, therefore had dripping wet clothes to take home. Dishwasher also smelt very bad when used.
