This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.

Perfect place for couples or small families. Very close to the beach and far enough all the party areas of Miami Beach. Very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t wake up once in the middle of the night. And I usually do two or more times. I would stay here again.

The penthouse is a five star review.. Clean, excellent views, well apportioned.However, the building (Alexander hotel) is way less desirable. Not clean, crowded, sub-par fitness room, very slow elevators.

Can’t go wrong with this place. You get what you pay for and this place is worth it! Beautiful, bright and clean. Great views off both balconies. Got for it!
