Die Lage, der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon und teilweise Terrasse, die Garage
Sehr laute Nachbarn auf dem Grundstück, die Wohnung ist teilweise ziemlich abgenutzt.
Zum Beispiel die Duschkabine (undicht und klapprig), der Toilettendeckel (sehr wackelig), im 2. Badezimmer
fehlte der Perlator und der Stöpsel vom Waschbecken, in der Küche fehlte ebenfalls der Perlator am Wasserhahn,
außerdem funktionierte die Dunstabzugshaube nicht.
