The apartment is equipped with all the main comforts and is located a short distance from a "Carrefour" supermarket open 24 hours a day in Piazzale Siena.
Near the house there are all the main services including bars, pharmacies and clubs.
Parking on the street on blue lines, paid on weekdays from 8 am to 7 pm.
The apartment is internally organized as follows
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV
- LIVING AREA with dining table, small sofa and kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle.
BATHROOM with bidet, shower, hairdryer

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The apartment is located in an area full of services, about 400 meters from "Gambara" and "Bande Nere" stops of M1 red underground line, which ensures direct connections to Piazza Duomo, San Babila and Castello Sforzesco. The center is easily reachable by public transport, as well as the Central Station, from which direct trains to the main Italian cities and airport shuttles leave.

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (M2) to the "Cadorna" stop, from where you can take the M1 to the "Bande Nere" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.
- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for a fee at Viale Aretusa Parking, open 24 hours a day, a few minutes walk from the property. Additionally, it is possible to park on the street (paid parking on weekdays from 8am to 7pm).
