Hilary House holiday apartment is located in the village of Valdottavo, just a few kilometers from Lucca, and is perfect for an unforgettable getaway with your loved ones.
The 60 m² property is part of a beautiful 1900s Liberty-style building and includes an entrance hall, living room with a large sofa bed (one and a half size), kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, and two balconies, accommodating up to 4 guests.
The apartment has air conditioning, and the larger balcony overlooks the lively village square.
Around the building you will find a minimarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser, and two bars.
The village is surrounded by green hills and is ideally located for visiting art cities like Lucca, Pisa, and Florence, seaside destinations such as Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and the entire Versilia coast, as well as renowned spa centers like Montecatini Terme, Bagni di Lucca, and San Giuliano Terme.
Free street parking is available in front of the house, with additional large parking areas nearby.
Families with children are welcome; a crib and high chair can be provided on request.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding in Italy. While the location was ideal, we were very disappointed with some basics. The fridge and freezer were turned off on arrival, taking over a day to cool in 39C heat, so we had no cold food or drinks. There was barely a full roll of toilet paper in the ba...
