Very beautiful, cosy, very comfortable resort "Cortijo del Mar", built in 2011, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara, 14 km from the centre of Estepona, outside the resort, 16 km from the centre of Marbella, in the district El Paraiso, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 1.6 km from the sea, 2.6 km from the beach.
For shared use: garden with lawn, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (43 x 23 m, depth 100 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 11:00-18:00 and 11:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower.
Shop, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "El Pilar" 800 m, sandy beach "Playa Salduna" 2.6 km. Sports harbour 9 km, marina 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 2.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Pool
We had 3 rented. One of our apartments that we rented, the air conditioner was not working at the beginning and the blind was broken. It took the Tecnico 2-3 hours to fix it.
The other apartment the TV was not working and the washing machine was broken they came and fixed and renewed the wm but the hassle and the headache of managing all this during the holiday was not fair at all.

Mooi appartement, ruim met een geweldig terras. Het fijne is dat het zo dichtbij het zwembad zit, waar het overigens in het hoogseizoen niet overvol is, zodat de kinderen er zelf heen kunnen, zonder dat je ze uit het oog verliest.
Complimenten aan de eigenaar dat het zo goed onderhouden is/ blijft. Je merkt dat er liefde in dit appartement zit.

El complejo esta muy cuidado y tranquilo , el apartamento tiene una terraza-jardín y esta totalmente equipado solo seria ideal que hubiera una cafetera de capsulas , la que hay es tipo filtro
