Nestled in the peaceful holiday village Les Collines d'Eyvigues, La Grange de Léo is a detached house designed for large families or groups of friends, offering generous space, full comfort, and a natural setting.
The house accommodates up to 11 guests: maximum 7 adults and 4 children in bunk beds, across 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190 cm) and space for a baby cot - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190 cm below) and one single bed (90x190 cm above) for a child - Bedroom 3: 6 single beds (90x190 cm), including 3 bunk beds for children - Baby cot available on request - Duvets and pillows provided There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, plus two separate toilets.
A hairdryer is provided.
For year-round comfort, the house features an insert fireplace in addition to heating.
The private outdoor area includes a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and private parking spaces.
The spacious 45 m² living area has a fully equipped kitchen for 11: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The dining area and comfortable lounge have a TV with TNT channels.
The shared heated pool is open from Easter to All Saints’ holidays.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional charge.
