Guest Access You will have exclusive access to the entire condo and the private backyard during your stay.
Please use the back door as your primary entry point to the unit.
For the backyard, please note that the property line ends at the back of the outdoor shed.

If you are attending something at the expo hall the location is perfect. Its nothing fancy, but if you're just looking for a convenient and afordable place to sleep its great. I would say that anyone with any mobility issues should avoid. The spiral staircase is what it is but theres also non handrailed steps into the unit and no grab bars in bathroom (not a critique, just an fyi)

Had no issue parking on Old Colony Ave, very convenient access to Andrew Station RL. Lovely accommodations for a concert at the garden

overall we had a great stay! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, location was close to a bunch of stuff, wish the t stop was a little closer walk as we were under the impression it was 5 minutes but it was more like 10-15! Would stay here again, great place!
