Ubicación perfecta y dispone de parking. Urbanización en buen estado y con piscina muy cuidada, buena terraza en el apartamento. Dispone de todo lo necesario, la cocina tiene lavadora, lavavajillas y microondas. También hay ventiladores de techo en habitaciones y salón.

El punto fuerte de apartamento es la ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona y de la urbanización. También punto a favor que tiene plaza de aparcamiento incluida en el precio. El apartamento es espacioso, el balcón está muy bien. Muy buen WIFI y una smart tv bastante moderna.
