The house comprises a beautiful 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two spacious suites with en suite shower rooms. There is a large enclosed garden with trees and a large wooden terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts, meals and other moments of conviviality and relaxation.

The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A large 30 m² living room with lounge area (TV, double sofa bed 140x200) - An open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, etc., with dining area, high table for 4 people, low table for 2 people (children, teenagers). - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC). Direct access to the terrace First floor: - Bedroom 2: with two single beds, and its shower room (with shower) open to the bedroom - Landing - WC Additional equipment: Plancha, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair (baby) laundry available on request. Communal areas: - A beautiful enclosed garden of around 700 m², shared with guests staying at the ‘ESPRIT FAMILLE gîte, which accommodates up to 4 people (no minors allowed). - A dedicated area for rest and relaxation with a shared hot tub - A 40 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture. This authentic building, a testament to the local heritage, was once "La Ferme du Saint-Esprit". The owners have undertaken a complete renovation of this building steeped in history, taking care to preserve its soul while providing every modern comfort.
Every detail has been carefully thought out, in a spirit of respect for the place and conviviality: you'll immediately feel the love they've put into it. The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Access & transport : - Nearest train station: Dinan (approx. 30 min walk) - Nearest airport: Rennes (approx. 50 min by car) - Private parking on site (up to 3 vehicles) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included, beyond three nights, linen will be changed, this is a service included in the rental price. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets accepted, subject to a supplement of €40/stay, please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Really nice place. Quiet, secure and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive. It is 2 mins drive from a big supermarket with a Tesla supercharger bank which was ideal. Easy to walk into town and plenty of places to visit nearby. Very satisfied customer.
