It has 2 convertible sofas (new Premium bed linen), a TV, a dining table and a fitted and equipped kitchen. Household included Characteristics appreciated by our travelers : - The quiet and shaded terrace overlooking the parasol pines. - Optimal comfort.
Everything is renovated and fully equipped. - Modern and refined decoration - Air conditioning - Wi-Fi - Washing Machine - The reserved parking space in the secured residence - Sheets are provided and set up upon arrival - Towels (1 per person) & towels are also provided - Household included - Baby equipment on request. It is on the 2nd floor without elevator. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette résidence. Très bien situé, elle est proche de tout. On peut tout faire à pieds, 2 mins des commerces et 4 mins de la plage. En 5 mins de voiture en vous êtes au lavandou, on peut même y aller à pieds car il y a un chemin par le bord de mer. Je recommande cet endroit à la fois au calme et en même temps au cœur du centre. J'envisage d'y revenir.

Tout était parfait. La conciergerie Suzette est disponible, accueillante, arrangeante. L'appartement était impeccable, très bien équipé. L'emplacement de la résidence est génial car vous garez votre véhicule dans le parking sécurisé et vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement cette location. J'y retournerai volontiers. Merci pour tout.
