Our 17m² ground-floor studio, newly renovated, is the perfect Parisian pied-à-terre, right in the heart of the city!
This charming and bright space, featuring exposed antique beams and two double-glazed windows, is ultra-functional—ideal for solo stays or couples.
The living area includes a high table with stools, a double bed, closets, and a kitchenette (refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave). Finally, the shower room is equipped with a vanity, WC, and washing machine.

Additional rules: Calme enter 22H et 8H Even though it’s a self check-in, we remain at your service before, during, and even after your stay. Metro lines: 4, 8, and 9 (Strasbourg–Saint-Denis), as well as 5 and 7 (Gare de l’Est). Parking is just a 3-minute walk away. The host was welcoming and the apartment was as expected! It's a very small unit but has a lovely view and is in a vibrant and busy area of the city. Bathroom was tight fitting as well, but clean and updated. The amenities mentioned in the listing were as present and that matters to me. Hair dye...
