The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a comfortable queen-size double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, storage space, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen open to the living and dining room with a television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle.

Getting around Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by public transport: take tram line n°2 towards Port Lympia and get off at the Jean Médecin stop.
Then take tram line n°1 towards Henri Sappia and get off at the Gorbella stop.
The journey takes about 1 hour, and this stop is located 700m from the apartment. You can also ask us to organize a private vehicle transfer from the airport to the apartment. The Nice-Ville SNCF train station is located 3km away, which is 20 minutes by tram, allowing you to easily visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton, or even Italy. You can also come to Nice by car and park in the neighborhood if there are spaces available. IMPORTANT - HOUSE RULES: For security reasons, prior to arrival, an online check-in must be completed via our Yaago application, where the person responsible for the booking must provide their ID. The accommodation must be returned in a usable condition, respecting the premises, neighbors, and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
