Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Lapa, is just a 10-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

The double bed is located upstairs; however, it is not a closed bedroom.
It is elegantly decorated and includes complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces to ensure a good night's rest.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Porto, one of the cities most famous in Portugal, is known for its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located on the riverside in Porto; plenty of merchant houses and cafes exist. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with a historical past. The apartment was really nice, and corresponded to the description we received. We had to contact the assistance for a problem with the AC and they were very helpful and kind.
The only comment we have is that the ventilation in the apartment is not amazing and so the AC is needed and in our case it was probably time for it to be serviced.
All in all we had a great experience with GuestReady!

Great and modern Apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to the bus and the metro to get to the beach or the city centre. I really enjoyed my stay!
