Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of two stations: Avenida station, which is only a 7-minute walk away, and Restauradores station, which is just an 11-minute walk away.
This central location allows for easy access to public transportation. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included). This three-bedroom apartment in Pena is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city center.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table.
The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.
It also has access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and a fantastic view over the city. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The first bedroom is a pleasant space with a queen bed and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a double bed, and the last room has a single bed.
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

pleasant flat
The apartment was very spacious and well located (restaurants and shops nearby).
2 bathrooms
The cleaning left something to be desired but overall it was clean but not perfect (dust everywhere, average floor but beds ok).

Flat with a fairly strategic position to reach the most important locations; clean and spacious apart from the third room absolutely inadequate (small room with bed) and the bathrooms a bit small and without bidet.
Communication with the manager clear and effective to the point.

the barbecue area was unusable, the plants had to be pruned and cleaned, so it's not true that the barbecue is advertised, but there's no way to use it.
