The nearest bus station is at Av. 1º de Maio: 9 minutes walk.
The nearest train station, Pragal (line: Lisboa-Setubal), is just an 11-minutes drive.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.
Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Cute apartments
: Cute apartments with great proximity to the beaches. From the balcony, you can see the ocean. Although a little outdated, the flat is clean and nice. All the instructions on how to get and what to do are super clear. We extended our stay there, which was well-explained and easy. So, the option is a good choice to stay for a while in Costa de Caparica.

I stayed in this flat for a month in November. This is a great place, ocean view from the balcony, clean flat and it has all the things you need to feel at home: good рots, pans, and everything else in the kitchen in good condition.
