Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Waterside Cais do Sodré is a buzzing nightlife and dining destination. The 19th-century Mercado da Ribeira food court is a focal point, with eclectic food stalls offering international fare and local culinary specialities. We had a very pleasant stay. It's the perfect location with lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Also metro/train station just few hundred meters. Flat is spacious and has everything that you need for a short stay.

The flat is good, comfortable and well equipped, but it's worth noting that the building doesn't have a lift and you have to climb several flights of stairs. The street in which the building is located has a strong odour of urine. But in general the flat is well located. Close to tourist attractions and train and metro stops. We enjoyed our stay.

Super flat in a great location!
Large, spacious, pleasant and well-equipped flat. The only downside was the mosquitoes, even in October! The bedroom next to the living room was noisy to sleep in. But the 1st bedroom was very well insulated against noise.
We had a great stay.
The real bonus is that it's superbly located in the city.
