Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)

Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

It is the most popular street in the neighbourhood — one of Porto's most popular shopping streets. Rua de Cedofeita joins traditional commerce with stores of brands known all over Europe. It is quieter and smaller than Rua de Santa Catarina. It is ideal for a pleasant walk, buying souvenirs and having a snack in one of its cafes. There is also a recommended craft beer bar called Catraio at number 256.
