Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation: - There are multiple bus/Tram stops that service the area. - The nearest train stop: Alcântara Mar: (15 min walking) - Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Centrally located to enjoy all the area has to offer! Trendy crowds converge on the waterfront eateries and clubs in the converted warehouses of Santo Amaro Docks, near the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, funky bars, boutiques, and art spaces occupy the vast LxFactory space. The Orient Museum shows Asian and Portuguese art, and vintage trams can be seen at the Carris Museum.

Nice, large flat in a quiet neighbourhood of Lisbon. Public transport such as bus and tram were only a few minutes walk away. Communication with the hosts was flawless and messages were responded to quickly and concerns were dealt with very quickly.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
All in all, the accommodation is highly recommended.

The accommodation is superbly located. All necessary amenities except lack of wine glasses, cups and soup. The beds are comfortable and clean. The only point to improve is the addition of more opaque curtains in the master bedroom .
