Ground floor holiday apartment: Hallway; Living/sleeping area: with leather sofa, cocktail chair, TV, CD radio; two fold-out Murphy beds (each 90x190); Veranda: dining area, patio door with access to the garden; Kitchen: fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with 3-star freezer compartment, dining area, pantry; Bedroom 1: double bed (2x90x200); Bedroom 2: single beds (2x90x190); Bathroom: with shower and WC.
General information: Sockets with child protection; high chair and travel cot can be provided free of charge.
Additional information: Bed linen and towels are not included and can be booked in advance, available for an extra charge per person and stay.
A centrally located sauna, washing machine, and dryer are available for an additional fee.
The guest fee must be paid per person aged 16 and over, per night.
Guests with a disability degree of 100% and one accompanying person are exempt from this fee with appropriate proof; please inform us in advance.
Cash payment on site is possible; card payments are not accepted.
Our family-friendly holiday complex is located in spa zone 1 of the North Sea health resort, in a quiet 30 km/h zone.
The outdoor area offers a garden of about 350 m², a sunbathing lawn, garden furniture, and a covered barbecue area.
For children, there is a sandbox, a swing with climbing frame, and plenty of space to play.
Each apartment includes a free parking space and a lockable bicycle storage area.
The green beach is 400 m away, and the sandy beach is 1,000 m away.

Wir wurden super freundlich vom Gastgeber empfangen, es wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles war wie angegeben! Wir waren jeden Abend in der Sauna, was das ganze noch abrundete..

Ruhige Lage, trotz Straße. Da die Wohnung abgeschirmt war.
Der Deich war in 10 min, zu erreichen, wir haben die Spaziergänge zur "Alten Liebe und zur Kugelbarke genossen.

Zu niedriges kleines Doppelbett, zu eng im Schlafzimmer, verwohnter alter Kleiderschrank und viel zu klein für angebene mögliche Belegung mit vier Personen. Die Küche war zu klein und eng, keine Spülablage und bei Übernahme voller Fruchtfliegen. Das Badezimmer war veraltet und eng. Fazit eine erneute Buchung kommt für uns auf gar keinen Fall in Frage.
