Die Lage , die Größe.
Lage , Betten, Handtücher , Einrichtung sehr schön.
Der Balkon in den Innenhof ist gut, aber nur für ca. 4 Personen.
Für 8 Leute ( ja möglich in diesem Appartement) ein WC und Bad ist nicht sehr gut. Sauberkeit - grenzwertig- ( Böden, Bad , WC .) TV mußt Du Dich einloggen sonst kann man nix schauen.Küche gehört etwas überarbeitet, Grundausstattung zum Kochen ist schlecht, viel zu wenig Material für 8 Personen um richtig zu kochen. Auch der Innenhof und Treppenaufgang sind schmuddelig.

La ubicación es perfecta. Está muy bien equipado y limpio. Colchones cómodos. La calefacción funciona perfectamente.
Es un tercer piso en edificio antiguo con escaleras estrechas y escalones altos, por lo que son incómodas de subir.
No tiene microondas y el horno estaba sucio.

That it has a physical key instead of for example a pinpad , this was a problem because if others were outside and one person inside with key he had to wait for others to come to let them up,
