We adore the timeless features, such as the exposed wooden ceilings and door frames, along with the wood floors, chic marble kitchen and white washed Greek island inspired bathroom and bedroom walls.
The rooftop is currently out of bounds due to maintenance works, the price will be reflected accordingly.
We expect the works to be completed by mid 2026.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning.
Between June and September, fans will be placed in the home.
The entrance to this home is on the second floor with no elevator.
And there are stairs in the house.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental-guest screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
Notting Hill Underground Station (Central, Circle and District line) and 10 minutes to Ladbroke Grove Underground Station. (Circle, Hammersmith & City Line) on either side.
There is also a large supply of buses on the main roads around the area and we recommend UBER, Gett or Via Van for taxis in minutes.

Conveniently located in Notting Hill- the world is at your fingertips. Notting Hill is much loved by residents and tourists. Look onto to the famous Portobello Road from your terrace and the colourful tree-lined streets. Amazing restaurants, street food, antiques shops and bars are right outside your door. Westbourne Grove is another favourite for higher budgets that's within a 5 minute stroll.
