Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
Located a 10-minute walk from Portobello road you are a close to the Notting Hill tube and Bayswater Underground Station (Central, Circle and District line) There is also a large supply of buses on the main roads around the area and we recommend UBER, Free Now or hailing a black cab in minutes.

Nestled between Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove- you can truly have access to the best London has to offer when staying here. Notting hill is a neighbourhood that is synonymous with London. A vibrant, trendy area with casual cafes that line bohemian Portobello Road, famed for its busy market selling antiques and vintage fashion, local vegetables from farms and fresh produce like fish, bread, cheese and meat. Filmgoers relax in posh armchairs at the Electric Cinema. High-end restaurants, brunch spots and upscale boutiques cluster around Westbourne Grove, located a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

This house was a perfect home base for an extended mixed work / vacation month in London. We have stayed in London many times, and this was our favorite. The location is perfect: a short walk to shops, neighborhood restaurants and Hyde Park, and the house is charming. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the backyard on sunny days. We will be back!
