The flat is only 500m from the Parco Nord, the largest green area in Milan!
At 500m there is also the ‘Bruzzano-Parco Nord’ stop of the suburban train S2/S4, which takes you to the centre of Milan in a few stops!
At 600m is instead the ‘Comasina’ stop of the M3 yellow underground line, which leads directly to Piazza Duomo in less than 20 minutes
The flat is composed as follows
- KITCHEN with dining table, TV,,split A/C , induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kappa, dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils;
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs; split A/C , access to private outdoor garden

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
Please note: completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to Automated Smartlock door system is possible (remotely) until 10 pm
This flat has an Automated Smartlock door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.
