- There is a pig farm near the house. We mention this for full transparency. For animal lovers and sensitive guests, please note it is a breeding farm with animal welfare and sustainability certificates, which are available in the house for you to review. At certain times, you may notice some typical farm smells or animal sounds; both are normal for the area’s agricultural activity and do not indicate suffering or mistreatment.
