The house is located in a quiet, central area, only about 3 km from the beautiful North Sea beach in Norddeich.

A very comfortable sofa bed can be converted into a double bed. The bright and fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, electric stove, oven, a coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and other electrical appliances.
The bedroom has a cozy double bed with a luxury topper measuring 180 x 200 cm, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
