Das Restaurant darunter hat Lautsprecher, die recht basslastig sind. Nachts ist davon aber gar nichts zu hören. Wenn man aber länger, bspw. bei schlechtem Wetterbin der Wohnung wäre, könnte man sich ggf. gestört fühlen. Das empfindet aber subjektiv sicherlich jeder anders.
