This pleasant, bright, two-bedroom apartment (T3) is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator.
Approximately 70 m², it offers stunning views of the Arcachon Bay. Enjoy a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with friends and family.
For your convenience, a private, secure parking space is available. The tastefully furnished living room opens onto the terrace with its sea view and features a sofa bed (140 cm) providing two sleeping spaces, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven, Senseo coffee machine, and dishwasher, and opens onto a balcony on the other side of the apartment.
A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe also opens onto the same balcony as the kitchen.
There is a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom has a sofa bed for two people.
Your location will allow you to enjoy the many restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as all the amenities – bakery, butcher, fishmonger, bar/tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market, pharmacy, beach, bike path, water taxis for excursions, diving club, jet ski club, sailing club, boat rental… A sunny vacation awaits! ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €25 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €18 for one person for one week.
High chair/baby cot: €10/week.
Wi-Fi hotspot: €39/week. Property managed by a professional.
