In Casa Marina – the heart of LAGOVIDA – a wide range of culinary options, as well as accommodation and conference facilities, are available to you daily. The comfortable 14 harbor houses and 23 Dune Houses Comfort, with their open-plan living/dining area, lake terrace, and sauna, are characterized by their individual architectural charm. The 6 "Kapitänskajüte" holiday apartments and the 24 "Seglerhütte," "Ankerplatz," "Piratennest," & "Leuchtturm" holiday & family apartments are generously and modernly designed. The motorhome harbor offers 45 pitches and a modern sanitary building.
Each pitch is equipped with electricity, water, and wastewater connections. The Störmthaler See is an artificial lake located south of Leipzig.
It was created by flooding the southeastern part of the former Espenhain open-cast lignite mine. The Dune Houses Comfort are distinguished by their direct access to the water.
Along the wind-sheltered shoreline, the 23 holiday homes form LAGOVIDA's tranquil oases.
Only a few steps separate the furnished sun terrace from the shallow lapping waves of the Störmthaler See. The Dune Houses Comfort are available in a small version for 2 people (57 sqm) and a large version (Dune House Familia) for 4 people (71 sqm). An extra bed on the respective sofa bed is possible for a 3rd or 5th person (for a fee). The interior design impresses with an open living/dining area with a fitted kitchen and a daylight bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sauna (infrared cabin or dry sauna). The cozy living room fireplace, the warming underfloor heating, and the cooling fan on hot summer days complete the amenities of the Dune House Comfort. All accommodation units are built on one level, are barrier-free, and have their own parking space.
Flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access, bed linen & towels, and a travel cot upon request make your stay a worry-free holiday. The All-Inclusive Comfort Package also includes a selection of magazines and a free round of mini-golf.
Additionally, once per stay, you will receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of water, a small bottle of juice, cappuccino powder, a selection of teas, and a sweet/salty snack.
